I'd like to take a moment to endorse my personal favorite treatment for menstrual cramps. You can see the Swiss-Bob in action over at farmtime. I don't know why it works, but it does. Really.

love it!!! does it steer very well? my fav sled cracked this year and i am in the market for a good steerable replacement (hard to find!!).

PS the video was the best :)

It steers pretty darn well, and you can even brake by pulling up on the handles. It's really a lot more technical than it seems, and it's particularly great for narrow, windy trails and it goes really fast.

Next year we're getting helmets.
